Front Row Seats to the Atlantic on Portstewart Promenade

Set right on Portstewart Promenade, this bright three bedroom apartment looks straight out over the Atlantic from both the living space and its private balcony. It sleeps five, sits in the top one percent of homes on Airbnb, and holds a straight five star rating across every category!

Living Space

The heart of the flat is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with ocean facing windows running along it. A two seater-sofa, armchair with reclining functionality, a large TV and a modern fireplace make it a cosy space and the heart of the property.

The dining area seats six and flows into a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The balcony beyond overlooks the promenade and the sea, and free on site parking is included, which anyone who has tried to park in Portstewart in July will value.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Sleeping is spread across three bedrooms. The main room has a king size bed with plush bedding, built in storage and an ensuite. The second has twin beds, soft throws and a chest of drawers, and the third a single bed with good natural light. Alongside the main bathroom, which has a bath and shower combination, there is a separate walk-in shower room, a real luxury when five people are getting ready for dinner at once. Guests let themselves in by lockbox.

More Information

You could not be better placed for the coast. Cafes and restaurants sit directly below the apartment, there is a play park nearby for younger guests, and the Convent Walk runs along the cliffs towards Portstewart Strand, two miles of National Trust protected sand you can walk for an hour without running out.

Further afield sit the Giant’s Causeway, Mussenden Temple at Downhill Demesne and the Old Bushmills Distillery, with links golf at Royal Portrush and Portstewart Golf Club for anyone who brings the clubs.

Things worth knowing before booking.

  • Access to the apartment is via stairs, so please bear that in mind for guests with limited mobility, though the ensuite in the master bedroom and the reclining seating both help with comfort.

  • Sea views come from the living area and the balcony rather than from every bedroom, and a fee applies for lost keys.

  • Check in is after 3pm, checkout before 11am, and the apartment takes a maximum of five guests.
