This one bedroom flat sits right on Watford High Street and sleeps up to four, which makes it a flexible base for couples, solo travellers, business guests and small groups doing London without paying central London prices.

Watford Junction is a few minutes away, and fast trains from there reach London Euston in around twenty minutes.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Inside, the bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and smart, considered decor rather than magnolia and a mirror. The living room takes the other two guests on a plush double sofa bed, and there is a dining area alongside a flat screen TV. The bathroom is modern and bright, with a walk-in shower, WC, basin and natural light.

Living Space

The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, rice maker and all the basic cookware, which matters more on a city break than people expect. Being able to make breakfast at home rather than queueing for it is quietly one of the best things about staying here.

There is fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace for anyone working a day or two of their trip, exterior security cameras on the property, and self check-in by lockbox so a late train is never a problem. Dogs are welcome at forty five pounds per pet per stay, with a maximum of two.

Step outside and the High Street gives you shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, the cinema and Watford Palace Theatre, all on foot.

The Atria shopping centre is close by, and Cassiobury Park, one of the loveliest public parks in Hertfordshire, is a pleasant stroll away when you want green space and a slower afternoon.

Watford Junction also serves as the pickup point for the shuttle bus to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, which is a genuine draw for families and one of the most common reasons guests book this flat.

  • This is a lively town centre location, so guests can expect the occasional city sound in the evening, and anyone hoping for total silence would be better suited to one of our rural properties.

  • Check in is after 3pm, checkout before 11am, and the flat takes a maximum of four guests.
